These Terms apply to Phoenix Team website pages and forms that link to them. The Phoenix Team provides residential real estate services through Metro Realty Advisors. Our website offers information about buying and selling homes, new construction, educational events, and ways to request assistance. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
Information and property availability
Website content is general information, not a binding offer or a promise of a particular result. Property availability, prices, builder incentives, completion dates, financing terms, taxes, school assignments, measurements, and other property information may change and must be independently verified for the specific property and transaction.
We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Builder promotions and lender programs have their own eligibility requirements and written terms. We do not guarantee savings, incentives, loan approval, interest rates, investment returns, or a particular purchase or sale outcome.
Consultation requests and representation
Submitting a form requests contact or a resource; it does not reserve a property, book an appointment, submit an offer, or create a buyer or seller representation agreement. An appointment is scheduled only through a confirmed booking or direct arrangement with the team.
Representation, services, responsibilities, and compensation are addressed separately in the applicable agreement. These website Terms do not replace a representation agreement, showing agreement, purchase contract, or required brokerage disclosure. We will address any required written agreement before providing services that require one.
Professional guidance
Our website and educational resources do not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, inspection, or personalized lending advice. Consult the appropriate qualified professional about those matters. Property-specific recommendations and transaction decisions require review of the circumstances and applicable documents.
Contact and communication choices
When you ask us a question or request a service, we use the information you provide to respond and administer your request as described in our Privacy Policy. An inquiry does not give other businesses permission to market to you, and providing a telephone number does not by itself authorize marketing texts, automated calls, or prerecorded messages.
Where SMS is offered, The Phoenix Team at Metro Realty Advisors identifies the message types and requests the applicable consent separately. Inquiry and consultation texts and optional marketing texts have separate choices. Marketing consent is not required to submit a form, request information, or receive real estate services. Consent boxes are not preselected.
Consented messages may concern your inquiry, a consultation, requested home opportunities, or educational events, as described in the option you select. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected]. A limited opt-out acknowledgment may be sent where applicable. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is not an emergency service.
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. We honor applicable opt-outs and channel restrictions; submitting another form does not automatically remove an existing opt-out. Any resubscription must follow an appropriate affirmative consent process. These Terms do not override the communication choices you make.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, use, service providers, retention, and privacy requests. Read it before submitting information. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, identification documents, or other sensitive financial information through a general inquiry form.
Home search and other external services
Our website may link to NewHomeBuddy home search, webinar resources, calendar services, and other independent websites. Those services may apply their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, or suitability of the external service or its listings. Review its notices before entering information or creating an account.
Appropriate website use
Use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorized to submit. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it to send spam. Respect the intellectual property and permitted-use terms of content owners and listing providers. This website does not grant a license to republish listing data or third-party materials.
Availability, updates and other agreements
The website may be unavailable during maintenance or because of service interruptions. We may correct or update content and these Terms. The published Terms will display an effective or last-updated date. Material changes will receive any notice or consent required by applicable law.
These Terms do not change a signed transaction or representation agreement, waive required brokerage duties, restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, or replace required notices. If you have questions about a particular service or agreement, contact the Phoenix Team before proceeding.
